All patient visits are by appointment only. Please do not attend the office without an appointment.
Phone appointments:
Most patient visits are currently being done by phone or video call.
Please understand that due to the increased challenges of providing health care during the pandemic, and the need to prioritize patients who have to attend our clinic in person, we cannot give a precise time for your phone appointment.
In-Office appointments:
If the doctor determines that you require an in-office appointment, please:
- Do not come if you have any cold or flu symptoms. Please call us to re-schedule.
- Wear a mask at all times
- Arrive at your scheduled appointment time, not early or late
- Come alone, unless you need to be accompanied
